Why refer?
It is clear that certain situations may predispose families to stress and tension. This in turn may influence their ability to care for and nurture children within the family.
Reasons for referrals could be:
- Support for parents
- Play
- Childcare
- Relationships
- Social Exclusion
- Trauma
- Isolation
- Debt
- Health
There are no clearly defined boundaries for our role with families, as we like to work closely with professionals to meet the needs of the individual families referred for the service.
